Return & Exchange:

We hope you love your SEJAURA merchandise as much as we loved curating them for you.
Before dispatching of your orders, we thoroughly check the product for its quality, intactness and finishing and so we don’t accept exchange request for any of our products once sold.

Product return is acceptable only in case of damage product received by the customer. In that case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order either through e-mail at sejauraindia@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91- 9725027090 by sharing received damaged product images.

We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request for return if it is genuine by confirming with product images sent by customer on email: sejauraindia@gmail.com . Return request placed after 24 hours of receiving your order will not be eligible for a return. Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address. Most reverse pickups are completed within 48 hours of approval by our courier partner.

If a reverse pickup is not available on your pincode, we will request you to ship the items back to us using a reputable courier partner that offers a tracking number. We will reimburse you the reverse shipping costs in your next purchase upto a maximum of INR 300. The return shipment must be received by us within 10 days of requesting the return.

Please ensure the original packaging is intact for a return. Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with their labels and tags intact. Product that have been used or received by us without their original packaging or labels/tags will not be entertained for returns.

We will notify you as soon as we receive your reverse shipment. Upon verification, if the return shipment meets the above requirements, we will process a return.

The settlement of shipping amount (Up to 300 Rs. When processed by customer) for return orders is valid for 30 days period from the date of product return receipt by us and can be done against any merchandise on our website.

The refund will be initiated by us (in case of damaged product received and return) within 24 hours of the return request approval and the product amount will be refunded back to the source within 7 to 10 working days.

Returns, when requested, are limited to one-time only.

The following products are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on kids merchandise for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized items or custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges as they have been especially custom-made for you.
  • Merchandise that is discounted is not eligible for returns.

Order Payment:

All payments made against purchases on the Website by You shall be as against the MRP displayed on the Website. SEJAURA may employ a third-party online payment gateway provider(s) to facilitate payments on the Website. Use of such third-party online payment gateway provider services will be governed by their Terms and Conditions as applicable for Your nature of activities.

You agree, understand, and confirm that the debit/credit card or net banking details provided by You for availing of services on the Website will be correct and accurate and You shall not use the debit/credit card or net banking which is not lawfully owned by You (i.e., in a transaction You must use Your own debit/credit card or net banking account). You further agree to provide the correct and valid debit/credit card or net banking details to the Website, Company, and payment gateway provider. Before dispatching Your order to You, SEJAURA may require You to provide additional supporting documents to establish the ownership of the payment instrument used by You for Your purchase.

You will be solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of Your debit/credit card or net banking details. The Website will not be liable for any debit/credit card or net banking fraud any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to You including but not limited to the lack of authorization for any transaction(s), exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed by You and Your bank, payment issues arising out of the transaction, or the decline of the transaction(s) for any other reason(s). The liability for use of a card or net banking fraudulently will be on You and the onus to prove otherwise shall be exclusively on You. SEJAURA shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the authorization of any transaction for any reason whatsoever. SEJAURA will not share Your debit/credit card or net banking details with any third-party unless required by law or court order.

Product Exactness:

SEJAURA tries to be as accurate as possible in the Content it provides on the Website. SEJAURA will try its best to deliver products exactly the way they appear on the Website. However, All SEJAURA’S products are handcrafted resulting in minor shape, size, color, texture, and design variations. SEJAURA disclaims any guarantees of exactness of the finish or appearance of the final product ordered by You over and above generally acceptable standards on the same. The quality of the products, services, and content purchased or obtained by You through the Website may not meet Your expectations.

Product Pricing

The product or service price mentioned on the Website is the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) in INR for the said product or service. Such MRP shall be inclusive of all local taxes as are applicable in India. As and when required, without prior notice Sejaura reserves the rights to change the pricing of the products and services as per the government regulation and amendment in tax slabs.
