Before dispatching of your orders, we thoroughly check the product for its quality and finishing and intactness. Product refund is acceptable only in case of damage product received by the customer. In that case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order either through e-mail at sejauraindia@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91- 9725027090 by sharing received damaged product images.
The refund will be initiated by us (in case of damaged product received and return back to us) within 24 hours of the return request approval and the product amount will be refunded back to the source within 7 to 10 working days.
Product refund request will not be entertained if the customer has not approached our team either by e-mail at sejauraindia@gmail.com or through call/WhatsApp us at +91- 9725027090 within 24 hours from the receipt of the product. Also refund will not be eligible if the customer has not provided us with the images of damaged product receipt.
We pack our merchandise with utmost care, thorough quality check and with love.
If the product is missing during shipment, we take the responsibility for thorough checking of shipment discrepancies and provide you with the another piece of exact product if available in stock. Otherwise, the product value will be refunded back to source to the customer within 7-10 working days in case of pre-payment orders.
We accept cancellations as long as the order has not been dispatched from our side. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. For cancellation, please contact us on +91 9725027090 prior to the dispatch of your order. We will respond within 24 hours of receiving your request.
If your order meets the above requirement, for pre-paid orders, the product value refund will be initiated by us within 48 hours of cancellation request approval and the product value will be credited back to the source or through any other convenient mode of payment by mutual understanding within 7 to 10 working days from the cancellation request approval.
SEJAURA will regularly monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. In the event of detecting any suspicious activity, SEJAURA reserves the right to cancel all past, pending, and future orders without any liability, also reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders due to inaccuracies in pricing of products on the Website and stock unavailability.
We may also request additional verifications or information before accepting your order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your debit/credit card has been charged, the said amount will be fully refunded via your initial method of payment. Any promotional and discount vouchers, coupons, and codes used for the cancelled orders may not be refunded.
